My goal is to build this space that will look at a healthy lifestyle holistically, including Physical fitness, Mental fitness or wellbeing, healthy nutrition, as well as spiritual aspects of our being.
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I wanted to share my journey ups and downs, from losing weight, getting fit and dealing with my mental health struggles.
As we build this non-judgmental space, I want to connect with like-minded people. I can offer coaching or share my own experiences if it will benefit others.

My approach to Wellness and Fitness coaching (You must be over 18 or of legal age)
- I listen to you, sometimes you just want to talk (you can talk about anything )
- Help you clarify your goals. (wellbeing or fitness goals)
- Help you set up a structure to achieve these goals (meaning setting a workout plan or a meal plan)
- I can offer ongoing Zoom calls for support
- I don’t upsell anything- our first call is free. We can discuss reasonable payments if you’re interested in ongoing coaching.
- I am not a health professional or therapist. I am here to help and provide suggestions. Your progress will depend on your commitment and consistency.
